This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.02 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent Police.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that in this case, investigation has been completed and charge sheet has already been filed.
3. In view of the completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
