This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6216 of 2023 vide order dated 08.06.2023 that the petitioner shall deposit the original title deed of an immovable property worth Rs.25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs) to the credit of Crime No.2 of 2023.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, had directed to deposit the original title deed of an immovable property worth Rs.25,00,000/- to the credit of crime number and the petitioner also complied with the said condition. He further submitted that now the the entire investigation has been completed and that the petitioner needs the original title deeds for audit purpose. Hence, the present petition is filed to modify the said condition and to return the original title deeds and that the petitioner undertakes that he will not alienate the property.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) raised objections stating that the petitioner while availing anticipatory bail, had undertaken to deposit the original title deeds without prejudice. After availing anticipatory bail, the petitioner has filed the present petition seeking modification of the said condition and to return the original title deeds. He also submitted that the investigation has not been completed.

4.Considering the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) and the nature of offence, this Court is not inclined to modify the said condition.
