This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to investigate and file a final report in Crime No.21 of 2019, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the investigation has been completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Madathukulam.
