ORDER

Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to sanction the arrears of salary and other related benefits to the petitioner for the period from 02.06.1988 to 03.08.999 based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a retired Headmistress. She made representations on 21.02.2008 and 09.03.2018 to the first respondent seeking notional promotion and monitory benefits for the period from 02.06.1988 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to 03.08.1999. The same was forwarded by the second respondent to the third respondent on 09.04.2018. Till date, no order was passed. Hence, this writ petition.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations and pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court hereby issues a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 21.02.2008 and 09.03.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
