ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 24.12.2005, by which the petitioner was placed under suspension pending enquiry.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record the order dated 23.02.2026, by which the order of suspension has been revoked and the petitioner has been deemed to have retired from service with effect from the date of his superannuation, i.e., on the afternoon of 30.09.2007.
3. In view of the above development, the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as
infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
