This petition has been filed to relax the condition to report before the respondent police everydat at 10.30 am until further orders imposed in the order dated 28.08.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.20023 of 2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made on both sides and considering the nature of offences involved and the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail and the fact that investigation is almost completed, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first day of English Calendar month for a period of three months.

Accordingly, ordered.
