This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.10583 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.6701 of 2024 dated 30.07.2024, by this Court to report before the respondent police on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of another four months.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions. He would further submit that investigation has been completed and final report has been filed and the same has been taken up in C.C.No.368 of 2024 by the Judicial Magistrate, Poonamallee.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.10583 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.6701 of 2024 dated 1/3

30.07.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Poonamallee, on 29.11.2024 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
