ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.7864 of 2022 on the file of the learned Principal 1/4

Sessions Judge, Chennai by its order dated 11.05.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the lower Court while enlarging the petitioner on bail had directed the petitioner to appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tirunelveli daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders. He would submit that the petitioner has appeared regularly before the Magistrate concerned. Therefore, he seeks relaxation of the condition imposed by the Court below.

3. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.7864 of 2022 dated 11.05.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tirunelveli every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
