This petition has been filed for extension of time to comply with the conditions imposed as per the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.11063 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.12655 of 2024 by order dated 02.08.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that the petitioner was unable to mobilise the funds due to his ill health and also taking into consideration the nature of offence, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month. Accordingly, ordered.
