O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to disburse the Subsistence Allowance due to the petitioner payable to him for the period from 08.09.2015 onwards, in accordance with the provisions of the Tamilnadu Payment of Subsistence Allowance Act, 1987 r/w. Bye Law 31(2) of the respondent society.

2. Mr.L.P.Shanmughasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has already been reinstated in service, however payment of Subsistence Allowance will also be duly considered within a period of one week.

3. Placing on record the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Court directs the respondents to disburse the Subsistence Allowance due to the petitioner, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
