PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to call for the records pertaining to the case in Crime No.47 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and quash the same.

ORDER
This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.47 of 2016 on the file of the respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that already investigation completed in Crime No.47 of 2016 and filed a final report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate and it was taken cognizance in C.C. No.224 of 2019 and pending before the trial Court. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
