Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records in relation to the G.O.(D) No.383, dated 29.07.2022, issued by the first respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to forthwith disburse all the monetary pensionary and retirement benefits to the petitioner within a time-frame fixed by this Court.
