This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.384 of 2019 on the file of the respondent-Police.

2. The petitioner was shown as Accused-1 in the said F.I.R. The respondent-Police has filed a final report against the 2nd and 3rd accused. However, in the said final report, they have stated that the investigation is pending for want of certain forensic reports in respect of the petitioner/Accused-1. As on date, there is no final report filed as against the petitioner. Hence, the prayer in the quash petition has become infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate action in the event of any report being filed against him.

3. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed 15.03.2023 Internet:Yes Index:Yes/No srn 2/4
