The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed the petitioner shall report before the Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial for POCSO Cases, Tiruvannamalai daily at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.18445/2024 bail order dated 09.08.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the nature of offences involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
