Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus to direct respondents 1, 2, 3 and 6 to transfer the Administrative Control of BPK College from the Art and Culture Dept. to the Higher Education Dept. and direct all the respondents to appoint a qualified principal or qualified Principal (incharge) to the BPK

College and to forbear the sixth respondent from playing the role of Principal of the BPK College.

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Puducherry Government states that already the issue of shifting the college to the higher education department is under consideration of the State Government.
