This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17561 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.1246 of 2023 that the petitioner shall appear before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of POCSO Act Cases, Thiruvannamalai weekly once, i.e., first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 2.The petitioner was granted bail by this Court on 21.06.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.17561 of 2023 with certain conditions. One of the conditions is that the petitioner to appear before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Thiruvannamalai, weekly once i.e., first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 3.The learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the petitioner is working in a private finance company, he is the only bread winner of the family. The petitioner is unable to do his day-to-day works in the office due to the condition imposed by this Court. Hence, seeks relaxation of the condition.

rsi 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without any deviation, the order dated 21.06.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.17561 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.1246 of 2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in three months on the first working day of the month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
