ORDER

The civil revision petition is filed seeking a direction to District Munsif, Sankari to dispose of the suit in OS.No.35 of 2024 within a time frame fixed by this court.

2. The petitioner herein filed a suit seeking bare injunction against the respondents. The suit was filed in the year 2024. 1/3

3. A perusal of the adjudication papers filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that the pleadings of the parties are completed and the suit was posted for framing of issues as early as 05-06-2025.

4. In view of the same, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.

5. With this direction, the civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
