When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that no case is registered against the petitioner and the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.911 of 2024 and they will complete the enquiry as early as possible and ensured that during the enquiry, they will not harass the petitioner.
