Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that after correcting the number of the Petitioner in his Bank account with the Third Respondent, the First and Second Respondents have remitted payment of the eligible amount due to him in the same. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded. Nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition.
