ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble S.S.Sundar J.) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 50 days in filing WA.SR.No.121035 of 2023 against the order passed in W.P.No. 17862 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

of 2023, dated 20.06.2023.

2. The main submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner was not aware of the order passed in the writ petition till the third week of July 2023. Thereafter he took steps to file the appeal as against the order passed by the writ court. This Court is fully convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the submissions made by the petitioner.

3. Even though notice has been served to all the respondents, Mr.K.Balu learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent is present today and he has not made any serious objections to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
