This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.03.2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.210 of 2016 before the respondent.
4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1, otherwise, the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner.
