This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the STC No.1462 of 2019, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai.

2.The facts of this case is covered by the reported Judgment of this Court in 2018 2 LW (Crl) 606 [Jeevanandham and others Vs. State Rep. by Inspector of Police and another]. Accordingly, STC No.1462 of 2019, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai, is hereby quashed and the Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
