This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.06.2015 and subsequently direct the respondent to enquire the case within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 22.06.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.
