For Petitioner : Mr.M.V.Seshachari in both W.Ps. For Respondents : Mr.J.Velumani for R2 in both W.Ps. COMMON ORDER The mediation report dated 1.11.2018 is passed before this Court. It is found that the process of mediation was completed and the parties have signed the Agreement and settled all the issues. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petitions.

2. With the above observations, the writ petitions stand closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
