2. I heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

3. The learned counsel submitted that the dues of the petitioning creditor were settled and that therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw this petition. The learned counsel for the applicant is also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. Upon considering the said submission and examining the affidavit filed in support of the application, I am of the view that permission may be granted.

5. Accordingly, the application is ordered and C.P.No.265 of 2013 is dismissed as withdrawn.
