(Order of the Court was made by Dr.ANITA SUMANTH.,J.) We do not find the reasons set out in the Miscellaneous Petition seeking to condone the delay of 790 days in representing the tax case appealing.

2. However, we accede to the request of the learned Special Government Pleader and condone the delay of 790 days in re-presenting the tax case upon condition that the appellant remits a sum of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees two thousand five hundred only) to the High Court Legal Services Authority within a period of two (2) weeks from today and files proof of the same. This Miscellaneous Petition is ordered on terms.
