ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the case based on the complaint dated 11.08.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged a complaint dated 11.08.2015 to the first respondent and the same has been transferred to the file of the second respondent.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in C.No.2353 of 2015 before the second respondent.

5. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1, otherwise the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
