ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.521 of 2022., pending on the file of 1st respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the investigation was completed and the final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyatham on 03.02.2023.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the FIR at this stage. If ultimately the concerned Court acts upon the final report and issues summons to the petitioner and the petitioners are aggrieved by the same, they can work out their remedy in accordance with law.
