ORDER

Challenge has been made to the Order of the trial Court dismissing the petition filed by the petitioner under section 156[3] Crl.P.C., in the present Criminal Original Petition.

2. A Complaint has been filed under section 156[3] Cr.P.C. by the father against his daughter alleging that in his absence she had taken away jewels and documents. It is relevant to note that there is no complaint whatsoever given by the complainant. The very complaint itself has been filed by the power agent. The trial Court has rightly found that it is not a case to issue a direction for investigation. Hence, I do not find any infirmity in the Order of the trial Court.
