O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking police protection to the petitioners property situated in R.S.No.220/4, Cadester No.677/1/6, 3/4/5pt, 677/1/6/2, Patta No.18 measuring an 52 Kuzhi Punja land situated at village No.20, Kalapet Revenue Village, Periyakalapet, enabling the present nature and status of the property are not disturbed.

2.The petitioner seeks police protection for his property. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

3. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
