Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorari to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent issued in proceedings Na.Ka.No.C1/306/2017 dated 17.10.2017 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to restore the scale of pay of the petitioner in the scale of pay of Rs.9,300 - 34,800 + GP Rs.4,200/- and to pay any other further order.
