ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with the present petition seeking to extend the time by one month to comply with the anticipatory bail order conditions made in Crl.O.P.No.620/2016 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge at Puducherry, dated 05.04.2016, stating that while he was granted anticipatory bail for the offences under Sections 294 (b), 427 and 506(ii) IPC, four conditions have been imposed.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Pondicherry, appearing for the respondent.

3. On a perusal of the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge at Puducherry, it is seen that while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, the learned Judge has imposed four conditions. The first condition is that the petitioner should deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the Court of Judicial Magistrate No.I, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Pondicherry. But the petitioner has not deposited the said amount and he came forward with the present petition seeking to extend the time by one month to comply with the bail conditions. Admittedly, the petitioner has to file an application before the concerned Court.
