This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.24569 of 2022 on 11.10.2022 to stay at Valliyur, Tirunelveli District and report before the Inspector of Police, Valliyur Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before before the respondent police everyday at 6.30 p.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
