2. In the cause title of the order dated 19.10.2023, the year of Miscellaneous Petition has been wrongly mentioned as 2017 instead of 2023. Hence, the learned counsel seeks clarification.

3. In view of the above, the Miscellaneous Petition number in the cause title of the order dated 19.10.2023 shall be replaced as "Crl.M.P.No.15986 of 2023" instead of C.M.P.No.15986 of 2017.

4. It is made clear that in all other respects, the order dated 19.10.2023, shall remain unaltered.

5. The issue is clarified, accordingly.

6. The Registry is directed to carry out the correction in the cause title of the order dated 19.10.2023 and issue fresh copy of the order, in accordance with law.
