PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records relating to the case in Cr.No.1584 of 2020 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same. ORDER

The petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.1584 of 2020. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the defacto complainant have entered into compromise and they wanted to settle the matter.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the complaint registered on 18.10.2020 in F.I.R. No.1584 of 2020 for offence under Sections 294(b), 352 and 506(i) of IPC is still under investigation.

3. In the given circumstances, if the parties appeared before respondent Police for compromise, the same may be taken on record and closed the FIR. This Criminal Original Petition is hereby dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
