Heard Ms. K.Jenitha, Learned Counsel for the Petitioners, Mrs. N.Senthil Selvi, Learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the First and Second Respondents, and Mr. T.Arunkumar, Learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the Third and Fourth Respondents, and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

Since it is represented by Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Third and Fourth Respondents that the earlier litigation between the parties has not been disclosed in the Writ Petition, Learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to the Petitioners to file fresh Writ Petition with relevant particulars of 2/4

earlier litigation and copies of the same, and she has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
