By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to consider his online application in Application No.133330722104917 dated 21.05.2024 seeking sub-division and patta transfer in his favour in respect of the land comprised in Survey No.65/1A and 65/2 situated in Siruathur Village, Kallakurichi Taluk and District.

3. The petitioner herein claims right over the above mentioned property under a Sale Deed dated 13.03.2024 registered Document No.1727/2024 on the file of the SRO, Chinnasalem. The petitioner submitted an online application seeking sub-division and transfer of patta in his name on 21.05.2024 and the same has not been considered by the respondents till date. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents would submit that the online application of the petitioner dated 21.05.2024 will be considered by the 1st respondent on its own merits and in accordance with law, within the time fixed by this Court.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 1st respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner in Application No.133330722104917 dated 21.05.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
