2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there are series of disputes between the petitioner and the opposite party and both sides are giving complaint and counter complaint against each other.

4. Under such circumstances, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry into both the complaints and ensure that there is no law and order problem arising in the area.
