PRAYER :Civil Revision Petition filed Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying to direct the District Munsif Court at Sankari to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.34 of 2024 within the stipulated time. For Petitioner : Mr.K.Krishnan

ORDER

The civil revision petition is filed seeking a direction to District Munsif, Sankari to dispose of the suit in OS.No.34 of 2024 within a time frame fixed by this court.

2. The petitioner herein filed a suit for recovery of possession in respect of 2nd item of the suit property and injunction in respect of 1st item of the suit property. The suit was filed in the year 2024 and the suit summon was served on the defendant as early as April 2024 and the defendant entered appearance 1/3

on 23-04-2024. However, till date the written statement has not been filed.

3. Since there is no substantial progress in the suit for the past 1 1⁄2 years, this court is inclined to direct the trial court to make every attempt to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.

4. With this direction, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
