2.Seeking to quash the orders dated 25.01.2016, the petitioners have come up with these writ petitions. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the writ petitions have become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement as under: "The writ petitions have become infructuous as the petitioner's shops were removed. W.P.Nos.4059 & 4060/2016."

4.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these writ petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
