The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the show cause notice dated 20.03.2017 made in F.No.ECIR/MBZO/13/2016/1600. Now, the final order has been passed and the same was also challenged before the Tribunal. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. 2.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
