This petition has been filed to quash FIR in Crime No.29 of 2016 on the file of the All Women Police Station, Virudhachalam. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint given by the 2nd respondent/defacto https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complainant, a case has been registered in Crime No.29 of 2016, in which the petitioners herein were arrayed as accused 2 to 7. The 1st respondent police have completed the investigation and filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhachalam and the case is pending for committal in P.R.C.No.24 of 2017.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
