(Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.) The petitioner was granted suspension of sentence and bail in Crl.M.P.No.7676 of 2020 in Crl.A.No.98 of 2020 on 14.12.2020, on condition that she should report before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. For relaxation of the said condition, on the ground that she is residing at Tiruvannamali and has two children to take care of, the present petition has been filed.

2. Heard Mr.V.Krishnamoorthy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent State.

3. On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforesaid condition till date.

4. We are of the opinion that complete relaxation cannot be granted because, the whereabouts of the petitioner should be known to the respondent, during the pendency of the appeal. Hence, the aforesaid condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court once in three months commencing from 01.12.2022 on the first working day of the month at 10.30 a.m. This petition is ordered with the above modification.
