The matter has been listed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned II Additional District Munsif, Salem in D.No.1607/2022 dated 23.12.2022.

It is seen from the records, while disposing the petition in CRP.No.1850 of 2017, this Court by an order dated 11.04.2022, directed to conclude the trial in OS.No.189 of 2012 on or before 31.12.2022. However, the learned II Additional District Munsif, Salem has sent communication dated 23.12.2022 narrating the sequence of proceedings and sought further time to conclude the trial.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to grant further three months time to conclude the trial from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
