This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to return the Original Document bearing No.1836/1984, relating to the property at Kurichi Village, Coimbatore, received from the petitioner in connection with Crime No.748 of 1996 based on the petitioner's representation dated 30.04.2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that, pending this Writ Petition, they have issued nontraceable certificate to the petitioner. 2/5
