This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m for a period of four weeks and thereafter every saturday at 10.30am., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.11625 of 2023 dated 05.06.2023 2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition 10(c) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11625 of 2023 dated 05.06.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the Petitioners shall report before the Respondent police monthly once i.e on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.

4.With the above modification, this Petition is ordered.
