ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third Respondent to register the FIR based on the complaint preferred by the petitioner to the respondents dated 29.03.2016 with due receipt of Acknowledgement Cards by the respondents against 1. Su.Jeevan, 2.Rajagopal, 3.Pon.Dhanapal, 4.Malaisamy, 5.Ganesan, 6.Ku.Arumugam and 7.Saravana for the alleged offence committed by them.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.80 of 2016 before the third respondent and that the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry.
4. Hence, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and the third respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1, otherwise the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner.
With the above direction, this criminal original petition is closed.
