This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in paragraph No.6 in Crl.O.P.No.24303 of 2022 dated 06.10.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner has directed him to deposit a sum of Rs.8,00,000/- (Rupees eight lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.13 of 2022. He would also submit that the petitioner is unable to mobilize the huge amount ordered by this Court and thereby, he seeks for modification of the above condition.

3.Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees Two lakhs Fifty Thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.13 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such payment, the defacto complainant is permitted to withdraw said deposit amount by giving affidavit of undertaking.
