PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C to modify the condition that petitioner should appear before the respondent Police on every Monday at 10 a.m., and sign until further orders imposed in Cr.M.P.No.389 of 2016 dated 15.04.2016 by Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the conditions imposed in the order in Cr.M.P.No.389 of 2016 dated 15.04.2016, passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the petitioner was under bail in Crl.M.P.No.260 of 2016 granted by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirupur, with certain conditions, which was subsequently modified by the learned Judge in Cr.M.P.No.389 of 2016 on 15.04.2016, directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent-Police on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. Aggrieved by the order, the petitioner is before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In the considered opinion of this Court, this Court will not review over the bail conditions imposed by the Court below, unless there is travesty of justice. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to move before the Sessions Court for modification of the said order.
