The prayer of the writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 22.05.2019.

Regarding the point to an extent of 3 cents of the land in S.No.380/8, later sub divided and presently in the name of Mahendran, the 4th respondent herein is questioned by the petitioner herein based on title deed of the year 1980 and revenue records of the relevant period. In this connection, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents 1 and 2 to enquire into the improper transfer of patta in the name of the 3rd respondent, alleging that his representation dated 22.05.2019 has not been considered by the respondents, the present writ petition is filed seeking Mandamus.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that the request of the petitioner seeking transfer of patta in his name in respect of Survey No.380/8 cancelling the existing entry and sub division was considered by the Tahsildar, Pochampalli and after perusing the revenue records, the petitioner was asked to produce documents in his favour. But the petitioner did not turn up for enquiry and produce documents to substantiate his representation.
4. Further in the enquiry, the Tahsildar has found that there is a dispute between the siblings and the family members of the petitioner and the 4th respondent. The present representation is given without any documents and accordingly, the petitioner's representation was rejected. The petitioner was directed to work out his remedy before the appropriate civil forum. Since the relief sought for in this writ petition has been complied by virtue of order passed by the Tahsildar on 25.10.2019. Hence, nothing survives in this writ petition.
5. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. However, it is for the petitioner to work out his remedy as pointed out by the Tahsildar as the case may be according to legal advise. No costs.
